Coca-Cola Prototype Bottling Plant for Emerging Markets

Brookwood, working in a joint venture with Stork Group and Rosser International, prepared a complete prototype bottling plant design solution consisting of process engineering and CADD design development documents.  This design package was adaptable to the diverse geographic, climatic and construction methods in the various assigned geographic regions.

SRS prepared a turnkey, bottling plant development proposal for The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Tashkent. The principal investors in The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Tashkent consisted of the Maqsudi brothers, one of which was married to the daughter of the President of the republic. SRS also interacted with and received considerable support from The Coca-Cola Company technical representatives assigned to that market from the Vienna office and its distribution team based in Instanbul.

Brookwood’s SRS joint venture was formed for the sole purpose of providing services to The Coca-Cola Company and Coca-Cola Bottlers around the world, was appointed as Strategic Alliance Partner company of The Coca-Cola Company, Atlanta, USA in December, 1996.  The SRS business mission was to prepare and execute capital projects for Coca-Cola in a fast, competitive manner in the geographic areas assigned to SRS, such as Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and the Far East.
