Brookwood first developed a Master Schedule and program of requirements, prepared a total project budget, balanced the program and budget, and prepared the RFQ and RFP for the Owner’s Design Consultant. 

After the Owner’s Design Consultant selection and award, Brookwood guided the project through the Schematic Design phase so that the College could have both a project concept depiction and a realistic total project budget for fundraising purposes.

Planned as a Bridging method project.
