A multi-component academic facility is a three story building consisting of a 400 seat Concert Hall, a 100 seat multi-use Lecture/Recital Hall, a 150 seat Experimental Black Box Theater, Art Gallery, ceramic, painting and sculpture studios and band and choral rehearsal practice rooms,  Instructional academic classrooms for English and Modern Languages and faculty offices are part of the program.

 This $22 million dollar building will be approximately 109,800 square feet and will accommodate the College of Arts and Humanities program and support the general academic and instructional needs in Music, Theater, Art and Languages. The site area is approximately 2 acres.
