UGA East Campus Student Housing, Athens, Georgia

In preparation for engaging a developer, Brookwood developed the East campus student housing master plan and prepared the RFQ and RFP for selection of that developer. 

The project consisted of approximately 1,200 new beds of housing to be built on East Campus in the vicinity of the Ramsey Recreation Center.  The project included a dining hall, approximately seven buildings each having four stories arranged in a quadrangle formation, a student amenities building (retail, branch post office, coin laundromat), parking garage and infrastructure.
