Brookwood was engaged to evaluate the University of Missouri’s management of its design and construction programs.  The Brookwood study team performed evaluations from a macro perspective including a review of project delivery systems and internal organization structure to support various delivery systems. Also evaluated were the policies, processes, and organizational structure.

The Brookwood study team also conducted interviews on each of the five campuses and at the System offices to understand the staffing and issues associated with each campus and the system. Brookwood then evaluated the level of project support by both the system and the campuses.  Also reviewed was the University’s capital project design and construction documentation. Brookwood’s work product included a series of recommendations in a written report and direct consultation with the Board of Curators.
