Perimeter College at Georgia State University is a college of Georgia State University in Atlanta and was consolidated into Georgia State University in 2016.

Brookwood was hired to provide program management services for 10 new projects located on 4 different campuses of Georgia Perimeter College, a college of Georgia State University.

The projects included a Student Success Center and an International Center on the Clarkston campus, a Student Success Center on the Decatur campus, a Student Center on the Dunwoody campus and a Student Learning Center, a baseball field, and a field house on the Newton campus. Additional work included parking rehabilitation and additions at 3 other campuses.
