Brookwood, in association with Atkins, provided program management services to the Cobb County School System. The schools included South Cobb High School Addition, North Cobb High School Addition and East Side Elementary School Replacement.

This two story building was a replacement school containing 69 instructional classrooms, science labs and an Auditorium with all new site development. Brookwood also managed the demolition of some existing school facilities.
