Georgia State University Graduate Student Lofts, Atlanta, Georgia
/University Lofts is a 14-story, 231-unit, 433-bed graduate and married student housing loft style apartment building located in downtown Atlanta and includes a 5-story parking garage with 268 parking spaces.
The building also contains three retail tenant spaces, exercise rooms, computer labs, a classroom/meeting room and a central courtyard with playground equipment.
This project was designed and built using the Bridging method.
Brookwood provided full development and program management services included site search and acquisition, and development of financing plan.
