Brookwood co-founder George Heery directed the expansion and renovation program for this expansion program, including the addition of 204 beds to the existing 372 bed hospital, the addition of a total of 365,000 square feet to the hospital, clinic and research center, the addition of a 1,469 car parking garage and the renovation of 170,000 square feet.

These services were carried out over several decades, with the first services in connection with the expansion program executed while George Heery was Chairman/CEO of Heery International, then later when he served as CEO of Brookwood.
