George Heery, when head of Heery International, and later as head of Brookwood, has provided a variety of services to The Coca-Cola Company.  “Coke” has been headquartered in Atlanta all of its corporate life but with world wide operations.

Mr. Heery was principal-in-charge for developing a Strategic Facilities Plan for the Company’s Atlanta area facilities in 1979 and the development of a Master Plan for the expansion of the corporate campus in 1980.  He was principal-in-charge of program management, architectural, engineering, interior design, and landscape design for the major expansion program of the campus in 1983-1986 which included the Coke USA Tower, the new Forecourt and campus perimeter decorative fencing, gates and security systems, the Central Reception Building, expansion of former headquarters building to include new cafeteria, employee services, third multi-level parking garage, underground facilities and  a rear garden above, all totaling in excess of 2 million SF.

Brookwood, under the continuing leadership of George Heery has carried out further services for The Coca-Cola Company.  These have included the development of up-dated Strategic Facilities Plan for all Company facilities in the Atlanta area.  Revision of the Master Plan.  Development of preliminary design for future additional tower, 1990-1994.   Development of up-dated Strategic Facilities Plan, 1998.  Design of new Brussels headquarters in 1998-80.  See separate information.  Design and program management of Coke-Scheppes HQ in UK.
