Brookwood, in joint venture with A.L. Johnson, is providing project management services on the following five schools:

Jackson Primary Center, The scope of work for the building addition (Approximately 17,000 square foot addition) would provide additional assignable space to provide a total of 20 core classrooms, an art classroom, a music classroom, and a new media center. The existing auditorium would be reclaimed as a multi-purpose space and there will be no expansion or modification to the kitchen/cafeteria area. The total new student capacity will be 360 students (18 students/classroom X 20 core classrooms = 360 students).  

Brandon Primary Center,  The scope of work for the building renovation includes new doors and windows, new interior finishes, new roofing system, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. 16,000 square feet of new space will be added to the existing building to provide additional assignable space for a total of 25 core classrooms, an art classroom, a music classroom, a new media center and expansion of the existing kitchen/cafeteria area. The total new student capacity will be 450 students (18 students/classroom X 25 classrooms). The school is designed to achieve a LEED Silver certification.

Smith Primary Center, The basic program for this new school will include approximately 30 core classrooms, art classroom, music and choral classrooms, science classroom, interactive learning lab (Computer classroom), language classroom, media center, multi-purpose area, kitchen/cafeteria area and administrative offices. The student population is planned to be 540 students (30 core classrooms X 18 students/classroom = 540 students). The school is designed to achieve a LEED Silver certification
