New Intersection Paves Way for Gateway Hotel
/A new limited-service select-service hotel is in the works at The Ridge at Table Rock Lake (“The Ridge”) in the Ozark Mountains of Missouri. The 100+ room property is planned for the intersection of Highway 76 and Ridge Crest Parkway. The hotel will be the first development at the 810-acre mixed-use property with frontage on the Table Rock Lake waterfront (including lake access rights). Located adjacent to the iconic Silver Dollar City theme park, the hotel will be an exciting new hospitality addition to the premier tourist destination in the heart of the USA that attracts Nine (9) Million visitors per year.
The master plan for The Ridge at Table Rock Lake, created by world-renowned firm DPZ (and founded by noted architects Andres Duany and Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk), has been designed to provide a market driven destination that incorporates a variety of entertainment, hospitality, commercial, recreational, and residential uses that respond to the growing demand of the vibrant Branson – Tri-Lakes tourism, hospitality, and recreational economy.
New Intersection
The intersection at Missouri State Highway 76, which was recently completed, will be the main point of access for The Ridge. Highway 76 is also the only current point of access for Silver Dollar City and their 2+ million annual visitors. The planned hotel will be the closest new overnight accommodations. Brookwood Advisors is working to obtain approvals and break ground for construction by year-end.
