Jefferson Union High School District made history on February 5, 2020 with the groundbreaking for a 4-story development featuring 122 apartments to be offered at below market rents to faculty and staff. The school district is the first in the nation to use bond financing as a solution to the challenges the Jefferson Union High School District has faced in recruiting and retaining faculty and staff, due to the high costs of housing in the region.

Brookwood is assisting the Pacifica school district with planning and development of a workforce housing project.
