Brookwood is the development advisor to the owner of 325 Seventh Street, a mixed-use project consisting of 26 stories totaling 380 units of housing and 9,000 square feet of retail in Oakland. Brookwood’s involvement includes contributing to the redesign of the entitled project including refining the program, unit mix, and layout. Additionally, Brookwood is engaged in the approval of the updated project, selecting consultants, detailed financial analysis, and participating in project capitalization efforts.
