/Brookwood served as a consultant to the Government of France in evaluating the seven finalist proposers for the design-build-finance-operate competitive proposals.
The Stade de France, originally referred to as the Grand Stade and located in the northern Paris suburb of St. Denis, was designed and built for the 1998 World Cup international football (soccer) matches.
The design and the finished stadium received wide acclaim from international football fans and architectural critics alike. The project was carried out under a design-build-finance-operate method.
